    Cool B.P.Tankers

    Hi Yarrap.
Sailed on a few B.P. tankers back in the 50s :-
    British Pioneer,Resource,Envoy,Hero and the Duke.
Apart from the Duke which had twin cabins, all the
rest had single berths, not bad for the 50s.If I
remember rightly the Envoy and the Hero even
    had swimming pools(small).

    Default Name rings a bell

Hi Chris. Your name seems very familiar and as I was with BP from '61 to '81 I would have been around in your time. Maybe a list of ships I was on in your era might jogg your memory. Br Ivy '71,Prestige '72, Vine '72/'73, Maple '73, Inventor '73/'74, Kiwi '74, Commodore '74, Explorer '74, Renown '75, Scientist '75/'76, Dragoon '76/'78, Tenacity '78, Ring any bells? Best regards John.
