Hi John glad to see you back in circulation.I have been attending hospitals now for about the past 4 years over my haemoglobin 4 weeks ago it was down to 82 I had 2 units blood transfusion which has pushed it up to 116 I'd like it a bit higher than that.I have never taken iron tablets and in fact I have been told I have to much iron.What was your haemoglobin count do you know?? If it drops and the tablets don't bring it up ask for a transfusion.I hope things get better for you each day.

Thanks Jim, I have no idea what my count is after the Iron Transfusion I had (NOT BLOOD) all he said was that he was happy with the result and I could go home.
