Boring or interesting ???
Hi Joe
This has been moved to the appropriate Forum! (ask the Forum)
As for your question!
May i ask if there is any particular Post you are on about> ??
Posts that are deemed not suitable for the site will be removed, and i can assure you that there are very very few!
If you do find any posts boring, this is not intended, and i am sure most will agree!
Most of the Posts that are old also stay here as you state, but really i cannot recall many posts that are gone in days!???
Anyway those that you may find Boring, could well be interesting to others,so like us all you will just have to go with the flow Joe!
Just skip those ones you dont find interesting!
Hope this helps to answer your query!
Thanks and Cheers!

Every dog has a tail, etc.
Every dog has a tail, etc. "Those sea dogs on site tell many a salty tale".
Personally, I wonder if I contribute enough, certainly try hard! Hopefully all is both worthy and although meant in tribute is of interest to all.
Regards,
K.

there is a lot of stories i could tell about my time at sea also about my time as a guest of the japs but it would sound like bullstit to some people when we arrived back in the uk in1945 the doctors told us not to keep our thoughts bottled up but i do like to tell the funny parts like the time of eating a cat or the time on a working party with one jap guard his rifle and bayonet was bigger than him as we past a malay garden i ask the jap if i could get some sweet potatoe he said so a couple of us started digging next thing we heard a lot of yelling we looked up and saw a malay with a big stick we thought we would be ok but the bloody jap had taken off so it was scarper
