These Wars seem will never end JP, its just getting worse and worse and it really looks grim for all i guess!
Putin Yesterday announced that if Russia is attacked , there will be no Mercy and all would Perish, this to the entire World! So as you say What Next!
The World i feel in in one of the worst periods (although there have been others that were really bad ) and we should all take heed!

Do not be so sure of that scenario, China has it's own agenda.
But I was quite amazed when the PM of Israel said he thought the security people had missed this one.
Along with USA they have one of the best, if not the best, security and spy systems going.
But if you want to take over or stop another nation but do not want to be seen as the perpetrator of such you allow the other side to strike first.
In my opinion wrong for Biden to get involved, will only stir up Syria and Iran.
Biggest mistake back in 1948, creating the state of Israel in the middle of the middle east full of those of a different religion and culture.

Re: Israel what is next???
Going back to Biblical times Israel has always been the lands of the Hebrews and Iran then known as Persia were always the Arch enemy. Israel has always been the homeland of the Jew whether he was a wanderer or not . Apart from escaping slavery in Egypt they also escaped from the king of Persia. Rebuilt Solomon’s Temple which the Persians destroyed the first time. The Bible and the Koran have most of the same characters in even Jesus , only the Koran doesn’t recognise him as the Son of God only as a wandering minister. I think the Arabs religion was founded about 1200 years after Christianity. The Jews do not follow the New Testament but the Old Testament is a different story. JS

if Israel would give up land in north Israel the same area as the gasa and Palestine they could both go their own way but thats not going to happen as regards the horrible hospital killings i do think it was a rocket the ordinance droped by israel would have left a large crater but it was a massive fire ball the middle east is a powder ceg waiting to go up?? just a thought jp

Re: Israel what is next???
I saw Piers Morgan interviewing the Palestinian Ambassador to UK on the telly last night, the most heated interview ever. I've never seen such an irate person being interviewed, ranting on about Gaza, and refusing to answer any questions truthfully. But, when I think about it, most ******s I know, are of similar personalities. One thing was quite clear though, Hamas rules Palestine with an iron fist, and are the only authority. No wonder Egypt don't want them crossing their border.
I also wonder how many of them have entered the UK over the last few years, and are just waiting for the call?

Re: Israel what is next???
The rights and wrongs of what goes on in Gaza is being used as a political football. I do not think either side genuinely want peace and unfortunately they will continue to kill each other. Israel continue to encroach on Palestinian land and build new settlements this has to be a contributing factor for unrest in the region.
The Palestinians are be used by other middle east countries to keep the pot boiling.

Re: Israel what is next???
I well remember the Stern Gang; plus another I can't remember the name of in 47 when they blew up the St David hotel, I also saw the pics of British soldiers hanged from lampposts, they were there under the UN Charter to prevent Jews from taking over Arab lands. If we have to go back 2000 years and say it belonged to the Jews then what say about America, Aus ,and many other countries. For hundreds of years M has looked after the shrine of Jesus.
