tattoos
Don`t know what you guys think, and I`m sure there are many of us MN people who carry the obligatory `sailors `tatt` or tatts of an anchor or naked lady upon our bodies. But tattoos all over women these days, both young and older women amaze me that these women must think they look wonderful, certainly not in my eyes .
Went ashore with a mate in Panama City as a 2nd. tripper to get `the sailors` tattoo, my mate went first came out of the studio with `the red heart` and the words `mom and dad` on his arm. seeing this I reneged ,`mom` being the bit that put me off !! So no tatts for me but for my mate and I to this day we still have a chuckle about the time we went ashore to become real seamen !! Regards Brian W.

Re: tattoos
I too think that most women with tattoos is off putting and certainly doesn't bring any illegal wolf whistles to mind. I have never had the urge to have tattoos put anywhere I am ugly enough. To each his own however, have seen most tattoos as get older just appear as a dark blob in any case. JS

Re: tattoos
Agree that Tatts on Woman don't really look good at all, possibly a nice neat small Tatt of something attractive in the right place is OK!
But Yuk! To see some with Tatts all over them is bleedin awful
Even some Men go too far with them!
I have Tatts and not really sorry I had them but for the ones on my Fingers that read Love on one hand and Hate on the other! But that was all done in haste and at a silly age!
Cheers
Too late she cried!!

Re: tattoos
I have one tattoo of a small anchor on my right upper arm, with INDIA and then NEW ZEALAND on a ribbon underneath.
In Madras on my first trip as Peggy, the ABs made me have one, `Your not a real sailor if you don't have one.
We were stowing away a little Indian fella and he said he was a tattooist and would tattoo all hands for free, We took him up to Vizagapatam where he disappeared.
I hate to see Women with Tattoos, they look like dockside tarts with some of them.
Saw one with `Pay as you enter` tattooed on her thigh, another with `Mild and Bitter` on her breasts.
It was sailors who brought back Tattooing from Polynesia. now everyone wants one.

John, wolf whistles is classed as a sex crime in Nottingham. Can get your collar felt if caught/ reported for wolf whistling.

Re: tattoos
Don`t know what you think but if someone had turned up at my business applying for a job and he had tattoos down both arms and his face and neck `illustrated whether he seemed a nice bloke or not I would have said ``I will get back to you ``....
It would certainly be off putting when an `illustrated man` confronted most of my clients !.....Brian W.
