#305 I was in that shipping office once I think Bob as was on a ship being sold to Cories of Cardiff which had an indian crew and as third mate had to take them up to the shipping office to get their injections .As a young man I felt very embarrassed as like all indian or lascar crews they lined up in single file and with the Serang behind me formed a long snake behind me according to rank and stepping off in the knee high walk they had we started off .There were the usual catcalls from the locals but we persevered and got there and back , the only incident being the cat calls from the dead heads . That was about 1958. CheersJS

#307. That was the day I celebrated my 7th wedding anniversary , think I was in Montreal though so had to celebrate by myself as usual. Maybe had the 7 year itch ? Cheers jS
John in Oz is now going to bring Marilyn Monroe into the equation as believe she was the star in the film. No John I couldn’t find her . Anyhow she had her own problems with the Kennedy family. Cheers JS

Marilyn was not the problem it was the sort of people she mixed with.
Should have stayed with that baseball man, but in the end picked the wrong base and was hit for a home run.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

UK numbers lasted until about 1999 as I recall.
