Good afternoon to you all. I've joined up in the hope of finding details of ancestors, ie what boat, where and when. I am most definitely a 'landlubber'. Most of my wifes family were in the Merchant Navy from Harwich or Fisherman from Southwold. My lot were mostly farm labourers, builders and publicans. I'll post a question or two in the coming days in the hope that I may find an answer or two, no worries if not
