I was on a few of EDs First The Deido Signed Aug 53.Next the Apapa Dec 53 Till April 54.Degema this was when they first went in with Paddy Endersons and Blue Flu called them selves Oceon fleets.Some time in late 60s that one was in second discharge book which was left on the Star boat Imperial star when i backed out.

.... always presuming John, the Chief Steward with his cure-all injection, wasn't an ex crew member of ucl.

Hi Peter, your name not ringing any bells. I sailed on the Sulima in January 1956 as a deck boy. This was the trip that convinced me that life in the folcsul was not for me. So I became an apprentice with Lamport & Holt. Good luck looking for old mates.
