Evening everyone, I have just found this link and hope I can reconnect with old shipmates/ships I was a Marconi/Bibby Line then freelance R/O from1967 to 1990 now retired and enjoying it !!

Welcome aboard Rob, a youngster like you will no doubt have some shipmates on this site. Loved working by in your Liverpool after trips to NZ and Oz on Shaw Saville when most had scampered off home.

Welcome to the site, hope you enjoy all the banter and tales. I wanted to train as a radio officer but the opportunity never came at the right moment, mostly being shanghaied onto BTC tankers at the wrong time.
