Hello Everyone(anyone)

This is just a brief post to introduce myself. I was at sea from late 1969 until early 1984. I started with Shell as a Deck Cadet then as 3rd Mate. I served on the Valvata, Vexilla, Horomya, Hima, Horomya (again) and Medora. I moved to Ben Line and sailed on the Benalbanach, Benlawers, Benledi, Benstac, Bencruach, Benreoch, with a spell on the Grey Hunter. I spent a year on the coast with Crescent Shipping on the Reliance, Luminence and Kindrence. Lastly, I worked for China Navigation for six years: Poyang, Kwangsi, Funing, Coral Chief, Chengtu, Pacific Protector, Pacific Builder, Chengtu (again) and Coral Chief.

It's good to read some of the tales on this site.
