Hello!
Hi everyone,
I'm new to this site, I wasn't in the Navy but my grandfather was. Unfortunatey he died before i was born, so I'm trying to get some photos and infor together for my mum for Christmas. Does anyone have any information, or even better, served on any of these 2 ships? My grandfather's name was Albert Benjamin Mady and he served in the Navy in the 1930s and 1940s.

Welcome
Hello Ruth. Welcome to our community. Thanks for stopping by to introduce yourself. Unfortunately you forgot to add the names of the ships. Any information you can give us about your Grandfather would help us establish which company he sailed with. His D.O.B and place of birth may also help. The more you can give us the better the chances of success are.

Hi Ruth
Hello Ruth
Welcome here and hope you enjoy your stay!
As said if that is the one you are looking for (Re Deep Sea Post) then this is the Link to his Seamans Pouch (Records)
They are not always absolutely correct, but most times will get you started in the right direction,if it is him, then his CRS10 would contain a lot more info for you!
Cheers and best of luck
