Cheap transport,low energy bills
Got electric scooter,and electric bike,got rid of car,plus got the free bus pass,also got bed in living room as bathroom down stairs,heating is switched off and we use oil filled elec portable radiator 2-3 hours a day,bed has elec blanket which lies on top of you instead of lying on top of elec blanket,so no buying petrol plus living room is cozy

One way of doing it, but what happens when you need the loo or bath and they are on the top floor.
