Old discharges
Among some old family discharges from the 1800s ....one caught my eyes as i remember a later vessel i saw in the tyne in the 50s and 60s
the discharge is for john cram...AB....age 20 who signed on the Romanby on86942....6 9 ...1892...in south shields .....and paid off ...23 ...12....1982..in newport ....this vessel im quite sure is one of ropners from which ivan i beliee new quite well....but i stand to be corrected ....the discharge also states bilbao and torre anunciata.....hope this is interesting to someone ...cappy 683532
