Well what can one say about this now!
Imagine living in Australia and having to pay a TV Licence for the UK.
Just received this Email from the UK Govt (Scam of course)
but wonder just how many would fall for it!

Q unfortunately I believe those that really fall for it as a little old lady that's never had anybody any money and he's worried about the Threat of prosecution it seems to me that these scams affect the vulnerable people in society more than anyone else

Re: Well i never
On a serious note, There are guys doing time in jail for having no T.V. Licence, OK they may get released after a few weeks but hey lads Jail time for no licence people all over the U.K. are finding it hard to feed there kids a t.v licence is not exactly top of there priority's list yes the law says you have to purchase one and know one is above the law ETC...ETC... I just think its a bit harsh to break up a family for the bloody BBC T.V Licence. They have far to many channels and far to much radio that know one or very few listen to and the wages the top staff are on is ridiculous. I was at a club in L,pool city centre last Friday first night out since New Years. Its owned by Ricky Thomlinson { Jim Royal } The Royal family its called the green rooms, I got talking to the guy who compared the show at the bar during the interval he is a well known comedian hear on Merseyside. I asked him why he pulled out of his Sunday morning show that I listened to regularly with another comedian on BBC Radio Merseyside. They asked me to sign a new deal he said £60 for a 2 hour show on a Sunday morning would you get out of bed for that and don't forget I had tax deducted out of that. The BBC Have a lot to put right if they want to win over an audience don't pay it Vern I have no choice there bloody hopeless

Re: Well i never
##agree ted they pay to much to a certain few in the BBC but as for not paying there licence they get plenty warnings before they go inside ....bet they all or most had a moby ......years ago they would have got transported for less ....but seriously would you play cards with a guy who didnt put in the kitty .......thousands are not paying there rent ......ie if somebody drove of using your car ....what would your attitude be .....the world owes no one a living...i guess most have had hard times ...but dues must be paid ...i await incoming from others with a different view ...but that is my view......cappy
