There is no doubt attrocities are being commited by both sides mostly to the detriment of the common man . But I would opine that all of us on this forum have to rely
on the media as to what we see - or rather allowed to see. Yesterday there was a short video on twitter showing members of Ukraine's Azov regiment shooting unarmed
Russian soldiers in the legs and leaving them to bleed. Was this actually true ? , was it the Azov regiment ? Was it perhaps not the other way around ?. Will we ever know ?.

I agree with most of what you say John, we rely on the media to inform us, and that can be bent in many ways. My opinion is formed mainly on basic facts, we are all shown massive Russian forces gathering on the Ukraine border, for weeks, with Putin stating a bare faced lie, that he had no intention of invading. Well, he did invade, and so is the aggressor as far as i can see. My question would be, how could you ever negotiate with Putin ?, he is just a bare faced liar, and has no trust from anyone. He will say one thing, and do whatever he pleases. It amused me that he was upset at Biden insulting him, really !!!, its about time he realised his standing in the world has tumbled to nothing, no respect.
WE get the news from the Ukraine here mainly through an Irish woman reporter, and after watching and listening to her she has contradicted herself on many occasions I no longer watch her. . When I hear Biden say that Putin will use poisons, my mind goes back to Agent Orange which was dropped by the plane load on The Vietnamese people , which was so bad Vietnamese children to this day are still being born with horrible things wrong with them, maybe Biden wasn't to blame, but America certainly was, a fact that he should recognise.

The president of Ukraine is to address the Australian parliament today.
Reports out in the mid day news is that many Russian soldiers ae refusing to take orders, refusing to fight and have even shot down one of their own fighter jets.
For many of those soldiers there are family and friends on both sides, many speak bot languages so it may well be an instance of divided loyalties.
According to a number of UK specialists in the filed they say Putin has lost the war but his generals are afraid to inform him.
I would too, it is bloody cold in Siberia.

good evening, without doubt biden would not be blamed for the agent orange fiasco in vietnam, But he certainly would have known about the fourteen bio-lab situated in the ukraine, that america was denying up until last week, ( or at least he was told and could not remember them )
i write with no affection for putins russia, but dis-imformation works from any angle, i remember the gas attacks in syria blamed on putin and russia, and the subsequent truth that it was the white helmets responsible for the attack on their own people, The white helmets where the opposition to assad and where backed by america, the uk and most likely every liberal in the western world, as they where made out as saviours of the indiginous people whom the white helmets went in to save after the russians where supposed to have bombed and gassed them.
as i stated i have no allegiance with putin or the russian people, but i tend to not listen to main stream news but seek out alternative points of view.

As well i think some Arms etc will be sent , plus other Aids to help the Humanitarian Aid there! Lets hope that Ukraine can keep up the excellent work, thus far have done an outstanding job.
However as said before Russia has such a Stockpile that it will be very hard on Ukraine!
But their will seems to be so great that Russia at this time seems to be on the backfoot! But for how long!??? They are in my guess and many others, now just re grouping and renewing their stradgedy for an all out assault later on! So what is till to come is any ones guess!
We can but just sit ,wait and Pray for some good Miracle outcome !
