Hitchcok rides again
As a born again pagan I have what many consider to be a very warped sense of humor, but that is me.
Today on the radio I hear something that would bring tears to a glass eye as I considered it to be very funny.
One of the local train lines runs along side the coast line on the Eastern side of the city and most of the stations are very open.
Three times in the last month this has occurred.
A local guy sits on the platform feeding the sea gulls with fish and chips, most likely cold from the previous night as I doubt any would be open at this time of the day, morning peak travel time. He sits feeding them which according to one observer rate at about 30 or more. Then as the train doors are about to close he throws the fish ad chips into the carriage and about a dozen or so sea gulls follow it in. They are then in that carriage until the next stop which is about five minutes away.
A spokesman for the railways said it is like somethin g out of 'The Birds' by Hitchcock. Crap and feathers everywhere, female cowering in one corner screaming whilst some of the men attempt to open a window and chase the birds out. It takes all day to clean up the mess.
Any such or similar crazy events happen in your part of the world?

Happy daze John in Oz.
Life is too short to blend in.
