First, sorry for a belated response to this very interesting post, I've been away on vacation, and I am slowly making my way through the back posts I have missed.
My wife and I have visited Poland twice, and we have thoroughly enjoyed both trips. Somehow we missed this, and my wife has made a note and will research it.
We are planning a third trip, to Poland next year and we will certainly make a point of visiting it.
