We had that here in the news today. There appears to be a lot of confusion about the way in which the guy came to the theory about this. Some scientists asy it could be, others are adament it could not be proven. Basical the no ones say there is no proof he was the killer, he could have just been there. One of those that will never be fully solved.
But I do recall we had a Jim the ripper on one of the ships I sailed on, reckoned he could rip a pair of knickers off in record time.
