My grand daughter decided to "fly the nest" and get a flat.Anyway she got the place and decided to get a mat for the front door to welcome people.she seen the ideal thing,a mat with the word welcome on it,very cheap £2.00.She sent for it and received it,it was 3 inches long and 1 inch wide exactly what you want for a dolls house!!I don't suppose you could have them on the Trade Discription it was what it said a doormat for a house it didn't say what size the house was.

Jim mate, Tell your Grandaughter to contact the seller to explain that as they hadn't given a size, she thought it was a normal doormat. If that dosn't get it sorted tell her to lodge a dispute against the seller with ebay.

Remember holiday resorts Scarborough,Blackpool,Southend and many more. Many years ago I was in Scarborough with my wife and kids on holiday.Remember the side shows on the front,we were passing one which said "see the half a lady"the front of the stall showed half a lady on a trapeze, diving off a board into the pool and various other activities. My wife insisted on going in,paid her half crown walked through the door and was back out of the other door in a minute flat.It was a woman sitting behind a desk and all you could see was half of her,my wife asked where is the half a lady to which she replied "here I am" which was legit in days gone by they couldn't do it now.

Hi Jim, as George has already said tell your Grandaughter to get in touch with the seller but make sure that she goes through e-bay when contacting the seller. By going through eBay it gives them a complete history of any complaint made and they are very good at resolving any issues.
