possible or not?
READ THIS IN AN ARTICLE AT THE WEEK-END.
A man stands on the equator facing east, (or west). In his outstretched hand he holds a ball. He lets go the ball, and hotfoots it around the world so fast, he arrives back at the starting point before the ball hits the ground-it was by his ankle. He done the same again, but ran even faster. This time the ball was at his knee. A third time, and the ball was at his waist when he returned . A FOURTH TIME AND THE BALL WAS AT CHEST HEIGHT. Question? If he ran fast enough, coiuld he arrive back at the very moment that he released the ball, i.e. that is stopping the progres of time. Or would he simply disappear up his own jacksy? Best answer gets a post-card.
Confused,
Colin.

" WHERE WAS THE MAN WHEN HE JUMPED OF THE BRIDGE"
That's a money spinner in any pub.
And don't say "in the air" because thats after he jumped.
On the bridge " no that was before he jumped"
