Bill gates and his wife are divorcing but what amazed me issue that only having founded Microsoft in 1975 on the back of its profits he has become the 4th richest person in the world, though I guess that should not surprise me given the number of computers world wide using Microsoft operating system.

In 1981 IBM had plans to manufacture a PC. They employed Gates to develop the operating system, which he'd did.
DOS was developed and became the industry standard for PC and the rest they say is history.

I have the original box with all the original MS-Dos set up, 12 mil by 13 mil flexible disks, I bought a very small computer way back when from my neighbors, it was the size of a small radio . I also have lots of small floppy disks with hundreds of pics on, I have an old PC that could play them , but last time found that most were no good.

I got a floppy as well, but never use it now.

But though they will go their separate ways they will still be working together on their rust which has given billions over the years to the foundation they began for the betterment of the less fortunate.
