Re: Boris johnson
Don't believe that one John, beneath the bumbling buffoon appearance there is a very clever guy and shrewd politician.
He can see the mood in the country and of many Tory M.P.'s. He is also after Cameron's job and will probably get it.

Re: Boris johnson
I saw Boris`s speech on TV this morning.
He said if europe gives us what we want he would be happy to stay in the eu, But if not, we should get out of the eu, and he believes we could be better off if we do so,
He said he is Not after Camerons job, but again if anyone is offered a top job they usually take it.
I think he is an intelligent man, has a sense of humour, but doesnt put it over very well.
I think I would preferr him to Cameron, Miliband and Clegg.
But again
Britain is short on good Charismatic characters. as Politicians.

Re: Boris johnson
Hi shipmates, Boris johnson is a fully payed up member of the Bullington club, himself and Mr Cameron go back a long way? he is not a simple nice ,but dim toff!!! this is a power grab for the top job, as he knows the writing is on the wall for his mate dave due to his mistakes on immigration, and the E.U. and human rights laws. MR D Cameron has a short time left in power, with ukip taking many of their voters the knifes are out to get him ? Boris will get some votes back but the TORIES will not leave the E.U. too many of them are on the gravy train, HE cannot get better terms we missed the boat on that one, some time ago Mr Cameron was left out in the cold if you can remember?

Re: Boris johnson
if you want a good hours entertainment watch mayors question time on bbc parliament occasionally. The loony left come up with all sorts of stupid questions which he fields with ease.
If I lived in one of the London boroughs that these idiots are supposed to represent I would be making an effort to get rid of them.
they are probably on good fees for sitting there stretching out the session to increase their allowances

Very interesting observation.
Lets look at the candidates for Leadership.
Clegg no spine no guts.
Milliband too weak, no policies no imagination.
Farage, inexperienced.
Cameroon, his judgement is to be questioned.
Balls, waste of space.
Osborne, doing a good job at the treasury, has he got leadership qualities, time will tell.
Out of all the party leaders, only Cameron has committed that if he wins the election he will give the UK the chance to vote on the EU, Clegg and Milliband wont.
There is only a fag paper between all the party leaders, non have the strength to carry the voters or stand up for the UK.
