She was about 6500 tons and had a 9 cylinder MAN diesel single acting 2 stroke engine 3 turbo chargers about 10'000 hp would give you 22.5 knots on a good day with a following sea and burn about 40 ton of heavy oi a day. My home for a year 1965/66 Noel Martin 1st Leckie
