I think I have eaten a few cod pieces since I have been in AUs, I think that Bassa has been used as that item in Vietnam

Ah Bassa, one of the most popular fish in most supermarkets, all farm grown.
Some years ago on a cruise to that part of the world I saw some of the farms there for fish growing, must say they looked very impressive.
