1909 Buster Crabb aka Lt. Commdr. Crabb OBE GM.
Died 1956.
Body assumed to be his headless…found Portsmouth harbour..
Was not a serving RN officer at time but would have been on the Reserve List.
Found after departure of Russian warship. Assumed also had been exploring underwater
configurations of such. I was at sea at the time so never read any media reports - it was the time of the Suez Crisis.

Still a mystery as I have not read if they solved the headless corps, but by now with DNA testing it would have been easy enough to check, unless of course as some suggested at the time it was a Russian sailor; and Buster had defected, there was a lot of it about at the time.

Like so many such mysteries around the globe.
H. Holt the Oz PM vanished of fa beach one day, body never found.
All sorts of conspiracy theories went around, one that he had been picked up by a Chinses sub!!!
Still a mystery till today.

But see our Donald wants to open all papers on the JFK incident, wonder if anything new there hidden away for years.

There is already a book out written years ago by a Sydney police officer who took 4 years off work to write and he personally interviewed all the people who witnessed the murder and weren’t called to the stand , and makes it look like an unfortuanate accident where the killing shot came from a different direction and more than likely was from friendly fire. The reason for Kennedy head being removed and sent to Washington where the actual bullet mysteriously disappeared. The Book is called “ The Smoking Gun” , and to me appears to be a no nonsense cut and dried case of the wrong person being blamed , his shot was not the killing shot. Read the book if you want confirmation. Accidents do happen but some are covered up .Believe what you want to believe but the truth always comes out sometime much later. Cheers JS

I agree with that.
L.H. Oswald just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Conveniently a certain J. Ruby just happened to be around when Oswald was moved.

The author of book makes no accusations John ,,just lays out the facts and the absence of witnesses , apart from the secret service bodyguard and the absence of the sniper rifle which was Part of the group the person who,was in charge of the weapon never appeared at the enquiry he was on special duties in Alaska. The killing weapon and projectile were never produced in evidence. This among many other discrepancies makes one wonder about the authenticity of the conclusions arrived at. JS.
