John, if it's anything like their model railway exhibition it will be fantastic.
Model railway exhibition is over a number of floors all controlled by computers.

The miniature railway exhibition is not far the reefer ship Cap SanDiego, Hamburg has loads ships to view Russian, sub, sailing ships and loads of steam tugs.

Ref: the Britsh Achiever had three sisters , "S boats" what did the Achiever have her sisters did not?
The sisters were British Skill, Spirit and Success.

HAMBURG, wow I remember it well, but not the museums and such. Spent a few days there in 1955 while my ship was in dry-dock there. What springs to mind is the red-light district like the Winkelstrasse, the Reeperbahn, and San Pauli(spelling).

Hamburg and Bremehaven was there a few times had a great time. But going back to John's Post, my son put me onto the model Township if one could call it that, planes flying overhead and landing, vehicles moving around it was fabulous. Unfortunately I can't get John's pictures up.
