Maybe it may not have been politically correct to mention "due to poor training & lack of expeirence " (it has become increasingly obvious that more vessels may run aground or have a (CRASH)modern term for a collision while entering or leaving port.

I have noticed in American courts and some websites a collision is referred to as an 'allisition' resulting from an incident, what is an allisition outside of American talk.
