rogue merchant ships
I see now that even if the tracking is switched off on the Merchant ships, they still know where they are. Having discovered that the ship is breaking the sanctions, one wonders what can then be done about it Kt

Hi Keith.
I read somewhere that everything anywhere can be or is being tracked despite switching off all communications. And one of the biggest tracking mobs is GCHQ in Britain beats anything the Yanks have.

Can this system track oil slicks.
I wonder as particularly in the Southern Pacific oil slicks can regularly be seen as if tank washing may have taken place.
