She is a right mess John - there is a move afoot at the moment to have her removed or scrapped in situ. However there may be fairly large quantities of asbestos on board her which has raised a furor among local Councillors who want her towed away and scrapped which would be very expensive. I doubt very much whether or not she would float anyway. Its very sad seeing her just rotting away. You may find THIS of interest regarding the ongoing movement to scrap her.
