Re: Air bags for ships
Guys
Sorry the link does not work, will try and correct it.
Basically it is an EU funded project looking at the feasibility of fitting air bags into ships hulls double) so that in the event of a collision or grounding resulting in a breach of the hull these air bags would inflate automatically to keep the ship upright and also prevent any pollution.

Re: Air bags for ships
Has the ship owners ever done anything that they have not been forced into , if the EU orders it , the owners will just flag out

Re: Air bags for ships
I could have done with some Air Bags when I fell of the mast of the TARKWA in Port Harcourt
I would not have broken two legs and an arm,.
