Morning all.
Thanks for all the best wishes. Yes , back at last after a heart attack . Symptoms were so mild , I didn't recognise them for what they
really were. Result was that we delayed nearly 36 hours before pressing the red button.
There was damage to both left and right coronary arteries but after being shunted around between hospitals in the Netherlands
and Belgium, they managed to get me on my feet again.
Great to be back and will have to work up slowly to full sea speed.
