Is this a conman???

Today I received what appears to be a very genuine e-mail from a Captain Vladimir Molpovan offering positions at sea for anyone willing to sign up. It appears from the message that he has jobs of all descriptions to those interested. Somehow I consider this to be a con of some sort, he gives a web site,
www. best.maratime-mail.info/ocupation.PHS
Have any of you received similar and what do you think of it?

The fact that the word Maritime is incorrectly spelt,makes me very suspicious. I wouldn't touch it with a Bargepole.

How much must you send to do the paper work? and your bank details and pin numbers? dont' do anything unless he sends you a big advance on your wages? but only after you have spent it in the old fashion merchant navy way, on wine or rum woman and song !!!
