To whom does this land belong.
An Israeli sense of humour at the U.N. To set the record straight, An ingenious example of Speech and Politics occurred recently in the UN assembly and made the world community smile.
A rep.from Israel began , before beginning my talk I want to tell you something about Moses: When he struck the rock and it brought forth water, he thought what a good opportunity to have a bath ! Moses removed his clothes , put them aside on the rock and entered the water. When he got out and wanted to dress his clothes had gone, a palestinian had stolen them. The
Palestinian rep. Jumped up furiously and shouted Lies- the Palestinians werent even there then.
The Israeli Rep. - smiled and said and now we have made that clear , I will begin my speech.

Re: To whom does this land belong.
So who was there?
The land was owned way back then by Camel drivers who wore tea cloths on their head and long white coats.
Thye spent most of their time looking for the odd oasis so the Camels could have a drink.
But the Red Sea opened up and swallowed them, and the remaining Camels were exported to Australia.
The outback id full of feral bloody camels no one wants.

'From my father' Tresspasser. ' Where did he get it from' Landowner 'From my grandfather' Tresspasser 'Where did he get it from' Land owner ' From my great grandfather' Tresspasser 'Where did he get it from' Land owner 'He fought for it' Tresspasser ' I will fight you for it.

Re: To whom does this land belong.
I often think of my old mate, a West Indian, he was a great guy, I always got on with him. He told me about his son being very angry about the slave trade history. He told me that he's said to his son, "Be careful what you wish for, you have a fine job in London, your own house, car, wife, kids, all because our ancestors were taken out of Africa against their will". My mate asked him if he wanted compensation for the historical misdeeds, and that that might include sending him back to his beloved Africa if he wasn't careful. He reckoned his son eased off his passion for revenge.

Re: To whom does this land belong.
A young lad with West Indian heritage asked his father why he has black skin.
Because when the sun shines it keeps the rays off you.
Why do I have such big feet he asked his father.
So when the Lion comes you are able to run faster.
Why do I have fuzzy hair he asked his father.
So when the sun is really hot it protects your brain.
Father, if we have all of this why are we living in Brixton??
