Donald Trump: ‘I could have’ slept with Princess Diana
The then Republican party front-runner saying in 1997 - just weeks after the Princess of Wales’ death in a Paris car crash - that despite her being “crazy,” he could have made the conquest.
“Why do people think it’s egotistical of you to say you could’ve gotten with Lady Di?” radio and TV host Howard Stern asked Trump. “You could’ve gotten her, right? You could’ve nailed her.”
Trump answered: “I think I could have.”
He would be brave to attend.
The UK government has rejected a petition calling for Donald Trump's state visit invitation to be withdrawn.
It said it recognised the "strong views" expressed but looked forward to welcoming the US president once details have been arranged.
More than 1.8 million people signed the petition, which said a state visit would cause the Queen "embarrassment".
A counter petition calling for the visit to go ahead attracted more than 309,000 signatures.
Both petitions will be debated by the House of Commons on 20 February.
You are in Florida , Miami to be specific.
There is chaos all around you caused by a hurricane with severe flooding.
This is a flood of biblical proportions.
You are a photojournalist working for a major newspaper, and you're caught in the middle of this epic disaster.
The situation is nearly hopeless.
You're trying to shoot career-making photos.
There are houses and people swirling around you, some disappearing under the water.
Nature is unleashing all of its destructive fury.
THE TEST:
Suddenly you see a man in the water.
He is fighting for his life, trying not to be taken down with the debris.
You move closer.
Somehow the man looks familiar.
You suddenly realize who it is.
It’s Donald Trump!
At the same time you notice that the raging waters are about to take him under forever.
YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS:
You can save the life of Donald Trump or you can shoot a dramatic Pulitzer Prize winning photo, documenting the death of one of the world's most powerful and controversial men.
THE QUESTION:
Here's the question, and please give an honest answer.
"Would you select high contrast colour film, or would you go with the classic simplicity of black and white?"
60 million and one.
Rodders, you story may not be far from the truth.
Saw on TV today the dam in California I believe that is in trouble.
So much rain they have had to release some of the water but the slipway where it goes is in danger of collapse.
Thousands of homes evacuated and it looks very rough out there.
Donald Trump claims the US media is crooked and biased. So where do his supporters get their news?
PS: did Braid know something when he titled the thread ? 'Stupid Trump'
?
Keith, I wouild suggest that the USA media is as biased as ours here in Oz to Labor just as in UK they are as well biased. There is not in my opinion a media group in the world who can tell, or even know, what the truth is.
