Dresden Demo
Anybody notice the demo against 'Islamisation of Europe'? All the do-gooders rallying against them, but frankly I'm on their side. And they're not a band of extremists or yahoos either.

Re: Dresden Demo
I think many of the population are now coming to terms with the fact that multiculturalism is not all we thought. The resistance by some to fully integrate means that there will always be those on the outer in their enclaves who will not mix. This causes resentment and in many cases severe problems, imigration must be curbed so the identity of any country is not compromised.

Happy daze John in Oz.

Re: Dresden Demo
You will wait a long time to hear a politician say they made the wrong decision. This is not only our own but other countries as well. They would rather compound the error than remove it and lose face. The doing away of borders brings all manners of problems. This is never going to be a perfect world, but it would have been decidedly better without all the smart alecs trying to change what had stood in place for hundreds of years. Their incompetence is shoving the world back into the realms of the Middle Ages. People who have in the past not taken any notice and just considered politicians a necessary evil are now beginning to sit up and take notice of the deep #hit the world is heading for. Every soldiers or so called terrorists life is just another nail in the failed coffin of a stupid act carried out by what some of us call our leaders. JS

Re: Dresden Demo
To add to this post it defies all logic to have the excuse of God to fight over. There is only one God as a certain religion keeps on telling us, we know that there can only be one supreme being if there is one at all. He has different names that is all, could be Buddah or Jehovah as we know him. Christianity is only 2015 years old next week, others much younger especially the ones doing all the shouting. As regards their so called messengers I would slip Billy Graham in also as a contender as he was said to appeal to the masses. The 10 commandments are taken literally nowadays as most break them in any case, but at one time were a good basis for faith, I believe other religions have similar ones also. But to use God as an excuse is deflamatory, inflammatory and downright obscene. I can only assume it is an excuse to fight for other things which are never mentioned. We all know the graft that goes on in most of these countries, maybe the first mistake was dealing with their Presidents/Dictators Ministers, and should of gone for their religious leaders. The many in the Middle East who are going on a killing spree are still living in the times of Babylon before their religion was even thought about. They have declared war on the western world and must now bear the consequences of such actions. Would advice all these civil rights and goodie good shoes to keep out of sight and mind if it ever goes that far. It is the western world who will be looking for scapegoats. As regards the 10 commandments these were inscribed a long time before Christianity appeared on the scene. The same as the ancient history of the hanging gardens of Babylon. People have a right to believe what they want to and not have it forced down their neck, at which point it ceases to be a religion and becomes an army of oppression. JS

Re: Dresden Demo
I am sure we can all relax now and has shown that the many thousands that we help to support in the European parliament are capable of making such decisions for us. I am sure Israel will be delighted that it will now no longer be terrorised by such. Such decision making may baffle many, but to Hamas will clear the air for them to carry on in the same vein with a clear conscience. Well done the EU you live up to what was expected of you, zero. JS

Re: Dresden Demo
The European Parliament should have all its windows and doors bricked up and a few dozen Rabid Dogs thrown in, it should also be televised so we can enjoy the panic.
So sorry for the Dogs tho`, Hopefully when they have completed their task, find the world`s best Vets to cure them.
