John its the illegal immigrants that will spread it and the corrupt foreign officials at African airports letting people out of the country for money in their back pockets .............

Thousands of West African illegal migrants are pouring into the Canary Islands. Las Palmas and Teneriffe, then they are shipped over to Europe and directed to come to Britain.
Because we are a member of eu we have to take them in.

Perhaps the biggest threat of EBOLA entering the U.K. is from the many oil workers working in Nigeria. B.A. have suspended flights to Nigeria so any Oil Worker coming home on leave is going to have a pretty round about route to get home, possibly leaving them open to further exposure.

Africa is made up of some 52 countries.
As to Ebola, it can only be spread through body fluid contact, it is not like flu and others airborn.
    Happy daze John in Oz.
