I think we would fall from the top spot in places for people to want to stay in too . As far as House prices in Boltonistan , well I would move to Fleetwood permanently , do a little conversion work and rent that house out as a Bail Hostel or a half way house for reformed Junkies . See how the neighbours like that !!!!

'A SHADE GREENER' I had them fitted this time last year, I am always weary of anything 'free' but this was a genuine offer, they lease the roof space for 25 years. They fit and maintane them for the period. They recieve a 'feed in tarrif' from the electric company and I have my electricity bills reduced. There are manyweb sites devoted to this product, so do a bit of research and ask around from others.
