Deportation of Australian.

I have'nt got the full story on this as I heard it on the computer from Radio Merseyside as I'm listening on wi-fi it does break up from time to time,maybe somebody can enlarge on it.An Australian guy swam in front of the boats at the uni boat race and basicly after having been dealt with for what you might say a foolish prank I believe that he is also tobe deported.He has an English wife or partner and a child I'm not quite sure but if he is tobe deported for the offence only of what he did at the boat race I find it ludicrous.Not long ago a Irinian knocked down and killed a litle girl,failed to stop,no licence,no insurance etc he could not be deported because he had a child here with some girl so it was against his human rights.What was the other one where the guy could not be deported because he had a pet cat so it was against his human rights to seperate him from his catIf this guy from oz is deported just for the boat race offence it just shows how we are bending over backwards not to offend other foreign nationals.

You heard it right Jim, he is to be deported because he is considered to be a danger to the public at large and upset a lot of people who had travelled miles to see the race and according to the judge his deportation is what the public would want, I don't remember being asked. But it does show the world the farcical nation we have become and yes he does have a partner and child, he forgot to get a cat.

the man is apparently in a very skilled job, a complete idiot in what he did, and showed no remorse, said he was not sorry, but it was just a stupid act, the penalty far too severe, when others have done worse and got away with it, that Theresa May has no idea, he is married and his wife expecting a baby, has never been a burden to state funds, just a very stupid man. i hope he appeals.

Just read the story from The Sun newpaper he was against an elitist event he got 6 months gaol which said he was gobsmacked (my words) when the sentence was handed out.I dont know his partners status here but she has a veryy foreign name.

What the guy did was stupid and dangerous to himself and others , he is not down for deportation , he is down to have his Visa revoked , as a man who has been sentenced for six months here he is undesirable , his argument against returning to Australia is he does not want to live on what her regards as Aboriginal's lands , so he does sound a little extreme to me . I just hope everyone who has been sentenced for six months or over gets sent back from where they came , if the law applies t one it should apply to all , doubt it some how though

I remember that case. the ****** man who killed the little girl and got away with it as he had put an English girl in the family way. I think it was in Accrington Lancashire. He was an illegal immigrant, his car was uninsured. He had not passed a driving test, He also had a Police record as a criminal with several offenses of violence against him. The cat vase involved a South American from Peru or Chile, The cat would pine if he was deported.
