William Vague was on TV Condemning the Al Queda backed terrorists in Algeria who have killed British workers..
At the same time he is supplying the Al Queda backed terrorists in Syria with weapons and Military equipment.
The same Al Queda backed terrorists in Afghanistan are killing our people.
What a strange world our Politicians live in.

Threaten them ,
if they are killed then their bodies will be buried in Pig Manure that will stop them from going to Paradise , where ever that is.
also if they are taken prisoner they will be sewn up in a Pig Skin suit. that will also prevent then from going to Paradise.
They are only concerned about going to Paradise, not interestred in this life. So Stop Them from going.
Es Salaam.

Hostages/Terrorism
In the earlier days of such, it had an effect on peoples minds and was used as a weapon by this riff raff. The novelty has now worn off and ordinary people are beginning to accept as a way of life. There is only one way to fight terrorism, and that is on their own terms and do exactly the same to them, make a few spectacles of executions of same and make public. Hitler knew this in the last war and was how he kept most of Europe under control. They must assume that the western world is weak. They are only right to the extent that we have weak politicians, whenever the army is sent in with restrictions on their mode of fighting a war they are immediately fighting with one hand tied. Lift these restrictions as a start. Bring back the death penalty for acts of terrorism for seconds. All guerilla warfare uses terrorism as a weapon, there has been plenty examples of this in history. Do unto others as they would do unto you, a very true quote. Cheers John Sabourn

Maybe a burning Cross would be more effective.

Unfortunately John the answer is yes!
He was upset that the algerians didn't consult him first, there are in excess of 600 Algerians being held hostage (reportedly), would he consult Algeria if 600 British and 20 Algerians were being held hostage in this country, somehow I think the answer would be no!
I feel sure the Algerians know their own countries topography and what is best way to handle it than perhaps others who have inflated ideas about our own gunboat diplomacy abilities. Anyone who has lived and worked in the desert knows that there is very little opportunity for the element of surprise where these oil/gas plants are located. I'm afraid our current incumbents seem to be sadly lacking in geography and distance skills.
