Old photographs
I have today come into possession of numerous b&w photos taken between 1941 and 1944. They all involve various crew members of the SS City of Canberra and City of Hereford. My uncle Jack Burgess was apprentice on the Canberra and 3rd mate on the Hereford. Many of these photos involve sight seeing trips in New York, Canada and Australia. There are also 2 or 3 of Durban. Please contact me if you think you might have been in one of them or one of your relatives may have been involved. I also have some of the crew lists for these ships.
