Opportunities for new qualified UK Deck Officers
Hi Everyone,
Hope everyone is well, just registered today and looking forward to hearing from you guys. I qualified as an officer nearly a year ago, I studied at Warsash Maritime Academy for a further year to get my BSc Hons. Now that it's been completed I am eager to get back out to sea. I just want the first six months experience so I'm not too picky. If anyone here knows where I should look and can help me it would be extremely beneficial.
Thanks!

#2... Cappy that was a class B bar and closed to US forces personnel, they gave them that rating whenever any evil bacteria was around. Although see your point of view as would have the bar to yourself plus the benefit of being able to get the price down.
Umer I am sure there are plenty of agencies in the UK now where you can enrol. Even the internet advertises. I was offered a job at 70 and I imagine you are much younger than that. I always found it best to go to the Employer, they are not going to come to you. Start by the internet if haven't already done so. Cheers

#8 Jungle stopped going many years ago Geoff. Cappy gave it a bad name, and always kept the ferry running late, when he was working on her ( ferry). Cheers JS
