My Brother now Gone
today i lost a brother fred a blue star steward lost his battle he wil be sadly missed rest brother..jp

John i notice that post is only hours old i am so sorry mate, Have so many great memories of Fred, Joan, going back years we used to take our kids to Butlins holiday camps and meet up with Freddie Joan and his kids he will be very sadly missed mate i intend going to see Joan very soon, R.I.P. Fred one of life's nice guys Terry.

John, you are a good man, sorry to hear that.
As to the NHS, here in Oz but unlike UK we have a heavy reliance on private cover.
If you are working you have no choice but to take it out, failure will see an additional cost to your Medicare levey.
But similar to UK, a shortage of doc, nurses, specialists etc.
Not enough now go into the professions, rather sit behind a computer than spend years training for a decent position in the medical field.
The Virus ahs shown many countries have not over time put enough into the hospital system, result the current mess we have.
Then add to that the macinations of our dictator state premier who has banned elective surgery for some time.
Most of the elective surgery, not the correct term as this is surgery needed to improve the patients life style, is conducted mainly in private hospitals.
But he claims they are needed for person with the Virus.
Well hello, private hospitals are only capable of elective surgery, they do not have the facilities to deal with virus sufferers.
