While I was in Salveson's Logna and sailed from Leith / Granton we used to see trawlers that were all white, mostly at Granton, an unusual colour for trawlers, they were white over the wall, white upper works and a white funnel with either a black band or maybe a black top, someone told me the name of the owner's but it has gone in the mists of time, maybe Frank Ferri can tell me, as none of the Grimsby "old hands" have ever heard of these all white boats.
Thanks,
Phil Crawley.
