How easy and how accurate is it.
My own memory and even the names of some vessels are not available in my memory. Unless are in 3 discharge books I have , which are all full, as even on foreign flag vessels kept them up to date. However when full had to resort to paper discharges so have no records of some. However on going back to the federation had to report your last ship for record purposes , there being no federation today , how big a job is it to find out your own history, when senility steps up a pace ?? The two I am trying to find the name of would have been in 1986. And another in 1998 but for the latter was working out of Australia. JS.
