A couple who cruise almost twelve months of yearreported: "We've seen most of the ports -- and so we just takewalks, stroll, inhale the local culture. But we have an addedpurpose. We search for a McDonalds or a Burger King and just have acup of coffee."

Many years ago on an Alaskan cruise,an American couple joined our table. At each me they asked everyone what they were having, what it it tasted like etc. And then ordered something completely different from everyone else.
They told us that they spent their time in MacDonald's eating burgers and drinking
    Ice tea.
The ship docked in Seattle for the day.
When they arrived at dinner that evening , the told everyone at the table that they had a wonderful day,the spent the day in MacDonald's.
    Regards
    Vic

How sad is that. Only time I use a McDonalds is if on the road and I need a pe- at least the toilets are reasonably clean, oh and the coffee is not to bad.

Have to say I really enjoy a Big Mac or even better, one from Burger King. Usually have one every couple of months or so.

    Hi Vernon.
Only ever had one Big Mac, in Blacktown back in the 70s took a bite the bun tasted bloody awful threw it away never touched one since, I honestly can't see the attraction, sooner have fish and chips.

The wife and I have a McDonald's now and and again,we find nowt wrong with them, not many food outlets have all their meals stating how many calories there in each.Nowt wrong with a good old Macs ,so long as they are eaten in moderation just like any other food. What a great concept everything is disposable no washing up etc, always found everything spotless ,tables toilets , at our nearest Bishop Auckland not like many other takeaways throughout the UK. if you haven't tried please don't knock them .Most people who criticise them have never been to one. Well for me too I like Big Mac especially the Bacon and Egg Mc Muffin or the Mighty Mc Muffin ,also of course the Meal Deals they have.
Another one I love is SUBWAY they are Yummy and one can have quite a choice too.
No nothing wrong with a lot of Fast Foods as long as you don't overdo it like all things!
    Cheers
