Hello John,
First, find out how many ships were named 'LESBIAN' - answer three. Dates built were: No.1 1874 - 1903, No.2 1915 - 1917, and finally No.3 1923 - 1941.
The photos are clearly not of the first ship built in 1874, so we are looking at the 1915 or the 1923 built ships. Looking at the photos all appear to have the same lines so I would say all four photos are actually of the 1923 built ship. The other thing to take note of is the life span of the ships. LESBIAN No.2 only in service for 2 years during WW1 unlikely to be many if any photos of her about.
