    Default Artic Outflow

    For Doc Vernon

After reading about all the hot weather you are having in the lower hemisphere. I thought this photo, taken recently, would help cool you down.
We are now experiencing an Arctic outflow.
A bit on the chilly side. Roll on Spring.

How are you enjoying your independence Keith, read a report a few days ago by an American who was commenting on cruises from Southampton and how pleasant it was sailing down the Solent explaining that this was a stretch of water between the United Kingdom and the Isle of Wight

    Hi Tony,
On my last visit to Durham City, some years back.
It was so warm I thought I was in the wrong place.
Don't remember that as a kid.
