A Judge has decreed that the cartoon depicting Serena Williams having a dummy spit is not offensive, but an indication of her having a bad day after losing the title.

In situations such as this I fear judges rule not by law but by what they think the public will accept.
There are some countries where as she is non white it may well have been construed as racial.
