Re: EU and our PM.
According to various newspapers today a Government website advertising jobs specifically mentions advantages.
1) A cleaner for a school in the Oxfordshire must be able to speak Romanian
2) A Painter and Decorator must be able to speak Polish
3) Security Guards for London must be able to speak a multitude of East European Languages.
I thought discrimination was outlawed in the UK.

ithink perhaps 9 million quid is over the top ......but this government was voted in by the people ......i believe they no more about the in and outs than we do on the whole ....so therefore i believe that it is there duty to tell us why we should stay in and give us the reasons..... the opposition is not the government therefore are not entitled to the same access of funds as the government .......i wish to no more about it andwill be happy to read the pamphlet when it arrives ......but i have stated in or out will make no difference to the ordinary man ...any benefits will be swallowed up ....before we see them ......i have said 3 or 4 times ....the vote will be to stay in ...i have no doubt whatsoever on that .....but then that is just my view....regards cappy

Re: EU and our PM.
Cappy, I admire your belief that the UK will vote to stay in, even though you are wrong, most people that I have spoken to are voting "OUT".
In fact I have only ever met one person who voted to remain in EEU as it was then in the 1975 referendum.
Regards
Vic

Re: EU and our PM.
I can understand your point Cappy, but this just stinks of riding right over the opposition with the public money, the figure being quoted, and not being denied by government , is 9.3 million, looks like they are buying their way to what they want, and we should not lay down to it, just my opinion, kt

#56, Cappy, cost aside, [bearing in mind all the translations required]
I as an average Mrs Blogg would prefer to read about both sides of the debate from parliament. We were bombarded with facts and figures and visits [and rightly so] when wee Nicola was champing at the bit for Her referendum. The principals to me are the same
