many a poor sailor drank what they thought was cognac from marys fur lined cup....but alas after the bliss of the lovemaking was over they discovered otherwise.....and a visit to the green room at the old ingham hospital in shields was often required ....not always succesfully aswoodrot is not easily cured and an amputation is often needed ......verified by that well known nurses saying ....you will only feel a little prick......

and no doubt the little prick was nothing more than a splinter of Mary's wooden leg. I had heard she used it to beat the living daylights out of any one who could not satisfy her, there must have been a lot of little pricks around then.

I believe someone should tell Salmon/Sturgeon that Braveheart was a film not a documantary , and Mel Gibson is an aussie - yank , although it is a bit like the policies all bluster no substance . I just trust the people of Scotland will honestly consider if Cameron/Osbourn/Moribund /Balls and the other one really are bluffing about sterling , I think they might not be , I also think NATO and EU Membership is not as automatic as the SNP think

There used to be a difference in the value of the Scottish pound, not legally, but even in England used to lose 6 pence in the value when using, had something to do with the Linen Bank of Scotland at the time. If remember the Scottish pound note was blue also. Was very hard to change abroad, all this before Mr. Salmonds time. He is just a child in the eyes of a lot of us, a very stupid one also, in my time woud have been sitting in the corner of the class with a Dunces hat on. JS

in all the time I have spent in England I never was once short changed in any shops with my Scottish pound notes.
My sister while in Wales had the shop keeper was going to be charged with De valued the scottish pound. The policeman agreed with her.
So really it never happened unless you the customer allowed it.
In liver pool the pubs would ask me if I had any. If any spare Scottish pounds going , I'll take them off your hands.

As I have said before. " The more the MP's come up from London and open the goobs the more people will vote yes"
So please Mp's don't tell me 1/2 truths.
